Job Description
Owns architecture and production deployment of large-scale LLM-powered conversational chatbot systems for OKX's enterprise and consumer crypto users, including intent routing and continuous-learning pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale LLM-powered conversational chatbot systems for enterprise and consumer users
- Design intent classification and multi-tier routing logic for chatbot conversations
- Build LLM-as-judge and automated evaluation pipelines to monitor dialogue quality
- Run continuous A/B testing and iteration cycles to improve chatbot performance

Additional Information
Hybrid role based in San Jose, California (3 days/week on-site). Compensation includes a performance bonus and long-term incentives; no crypto pay option for this posting.
