Job Description
OKX seeks a Principal AI Engineer to lead architecture and production deployment of large-scale, LLM-powered chatbot systems for enterprise and consumer crypto use cases, owning end-to-end delivery of conversational AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and production deployment of large-scale, LLM-powered chatbot systems
- Design multi-tier intent routing and classifier training
- Build automated dialogue-quality evaluation and bad-case discovery pipelines
- Run continuous A/B testing loops for chatbot performance
- Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade conversational AI platforms
What we are looking for
- PhD or Master's with 10+ years of experience deploying large-scale conversational products in production
- Fintech, Web3, or high-frequency trading exposure ideal
- Deep understanding of intent classification and dialogue evaluation frameworks
