• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end: screen and evaluate targets, lead diligence, build valuation models, write investment memos

• Support fundraising preparedness including data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting
• Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities
• Act as a strategic thinker to leadership on competitors and market structure
• Establish scalable corporate development processes and build relationships with founders

• 4-6 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or corporate development
• Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close
• Genuine fluency in crypto, crypto-native work experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills
• Exceptional written and visual communication, able to build executive-ready decks
• Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership on a small team
• Bachelor's degree
