• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support employee and business needs
• Project manage across teams on high-visibility, high-impact technical projects
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, process improvements, and cross-functional follow-up related to compliance and business operations
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively work to resolve them

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, or management consulting
• Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion
• Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, or risk management is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
