Business Development Associate (Developer Ecosystem)
Job Description
Offchain (formerly Offchain Labs) built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution, alongside Prysm and ZeroDev. The company is hiring a Business Development Associate to grow adoption of ZeroDev's Kernel and modular account infrastructure among early-stage Web3 developer teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations
- Pitch ZeroDev's Kernel and modular account infrastructure directly to developer teams
- Own the top of the funnel: track and nurture leads through to sales engineering handoff
- Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events
- Source leads on Crypto Twitter and Discord
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a BD or similar role
- Experience engaging early-stage developers in crypto or Web3 ecosystems
- Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, and EIP-7702
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
