Support Engineer
Job Description
Nous is building at the frontier of agentic AI and is hiring a Support Engineer to own the critical interface between users and the systems behind Hermes Agent and Hermes Business. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role combining direct technical troubleshooting with building the automation and processes needed for a support function to scale alongside a fast-evolving product.
Responsibilities
- Own support requests end-to-end through resolution
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues directly
- Implement fixes and partner with engineers on prioritization
- Build internal tools and automation to scale support
- Establish support metrics and reporting
- Shape process and structure for a growing support org
What we are looking for
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability
- Comfort working hands-on across a fast-evolving product
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical users
- Ability to track commitments and bring structure to an evolving function
- Automation/scripting aptitude
