NetSuite Consultant

Bitpanda is seeking a NetSuite Consultant to work at the intersection of technology and business, enabling the company to optimise and scale critical operations across its investment platform that serves more than 7 million customers. Headquartered in Vienna with offices in Barcelona and across Europe, Bitpanda is one of Europe's leading crypto and multi-asset trading platforms. In this role, you will act as an internal consultant for key stakeholders, driving enhancements and supporting solutions centred around NetSuite and its ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on enhancing financial key workflows through collaboration with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to shaping the culture, processes, and impact of the Enterprise Applications team. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona or Vienna (3 days in office per week).

Bitpanda is hiring a NetSuite Consultant to work at the intersection of technology and business, enabling Bitpanda to optimize and scale critical business processes. Based in Barcelona or Vienna (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities: Act as internal consultant for key stakeholders, advising on and implementing NetSuite solutions; configure, test, maintain, and deploy NetSuite customizations and workflows; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to end users; create and maintain detailed process documentation; work closely with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and other teams.

Requirements: 3+ years hands-on experience configuring and managing NetSuite; strong communication skills for stakeholder management in fast-paced environments; proactive problem-solver with curiosity for new technologies.
