• Own People products and projects from problem identification through rollout and iteration

• Turn repeated manual requests into clearer tools, workflows, or automations
• Improve onboarding so new hires and managers can self-serve across teams and geographies
• Build and maintain compensation infrastructure, including market data and decision tools for leadership
• Support sensitive People situations that require judgment, trust, and independence

• Background in general operations (Chief of Staff, Ops Manager) or People Operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, comfortable working with numbers
• Track record building trust and managing stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Proactive with new tools, AI, and automation
