• Lead technical direction for wallet, transaction, settlement and on/off-chain orchestration workflows
• Own planning and delivery of multi-chain integrations, wallet infrastructure (self-custody and MPC/custodial) and RPC node management
• Represent engineering in exec-level planning, influencing company-wide roadmap and resourcing decisions

• 5+ years managing engineering teams; 8+ years overall engineering experience
• Hands-on Web3 experience: wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs/indexing, on/off-chain payment flows
• Familiarity with DeFi primitives (DEXs, swaps, lending) in production systems
• Full-stack technical range spanning TypeScript/React, Go/Rust/Java/Node.js backends and Solidity smart contracts
• Strong distributed-systems fundamentals: monitoring, logging, tracing, reliability
