Member of Client Experience, CXM (Singapore)

Anchorage Digital is hiring a Member of Client Experience for its Global Operations team in Singapore. The role delivers white-glove service to institutional clients through onboarding and ongoing account management, covering custody activity and settlements at the first federally chartered crypto bank.

Responsibilities

• Understand Anchorage Digital's expanding business lines and apply internal policies and procedures to resolve issues.
• Understand how institutional clients (such as VCs, sovereign wealth funds and PE firms) operate, and the onboarding flows in a bank, including KYC, contracts and account authorization.
• Manage end-to-end client operations, receiving, verifying and reviewing requests accurately and on time.
• Guide clients through onboarding and account go-live, coordinating with internal teams to refine processes.
• Resolve client issues quickly and proactively, and handle time-sensitive custody and settlement tasks.
• Adapt quickly as strategies and products change, and contribute to writing and improving runbooks.
• Provide rotating shift coverage, including weekends and public holidays.
• Stay current on crypto industry trends, regulatory guidance and best practices for KYC, settlements and custody.
• Collaborate with compliance, product and sales, and communicate clearly with clients from startups to C-suite executives.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of client-facing experience in financial services or digital assets.
• Experience supporting institutional client operations, back-office work or another heavily regulated industry.
• Ability to resolve complex problems directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of institutional onboarding and client structures, plus a general grasp of KYC and anti-money laundering concepts.
• Interest in and knowledge of crypto, with a drive to keep learning.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
