Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

LayerZero Labs is hiring a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the team responsible for keeping the company's blockchain node infrastructure and platform services reliable at scale. The role owns reliability strategy across distributed-ledger node deployments — service level objectives, capacity planning, and incident response — while staying hands-on with architecture reviews and building a strong on-call and postmortem culture.

• Lead and grow a team of SREs supporting LayerZero's blockchain node infrastructure and platform services
• Set reliability strategy, including SLOs, capacity planning, and incident response processes
• Drive infrastructure-as-code practices centered on Kubernetes and Helm
• Stay hands-on with architecture reviews and incident triage alongside the team
• Build and reinforce an on-call and postmortem culture

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, including 2+ years managing a technical team
• Deep knowledge of blockchain node infrastructure (validator, full, and archive nodes) and RPC optimization
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Golang
• 3+ years running Kubernetes in production
• Strong grounding in Linux and distributed systems, with experience leading incident response
