Legal Operations Lead
Job Description
The Solana Foundation is hiring a Legal Operations Lead to build and optimize its legal operations function. In this role you will create scalable legal processes, manage the contract lifecycle, oversee outside counsel relationships, and support the legal team as the Foundation grows its programs and global footprint.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the contract management system and legal ops workflows
- Coordinate outside counsel relationships, billing, and matter management
- Track legal deadlines, regulatory filings, and entity compliance across jurisdictions
- Support grants and ecosystem programs with legal intake and review processes
- Drive legal technology adoption and process improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of legal operations or paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm
- Experience implementing or managing CLM or legal ops platforms
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Interest in blockchain, crypto, or non-profit sector preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize across competing demands
