The Consolidation team at Ledger, the crypto hardware wallet and security company, prepares the group's IFRS consolidated financial statements across several international legal entities. It is migrating its consolidation EPM tool from SAP BFC to Amelkis EPM, with go-live targeted for Q1 2027, while preparing the 2026 annual close.
Responsibilities
- Support the 2026 annual IFRS consolidation: intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and review of subsidiary reporting packages.
- Work with subsidiary finance teams to collect and control reporting packages.
- Support ad hoc analyses requested during the annual audit.
- Contribute to data migration, configuration, and testing for the Amelkis tool.
- Take part in the double-run phase to check data accuracy between the old and new systems.
- Help document consolidation processes during the transition.
What we are looking for
- Master's-level student (Bac+4/5) in accounting, finance, or audit, looking for a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- First experience with or strong interest in consolidation and IFRS.
- Comfort with large data sets and advanced Excel.
- Interest in finance systems (EPM, SAP BFC, Amelkis) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Rigorous and structured.
Additional Information
On-site in Paris, France. Reports to the Consolidation Director. Hands-on exposure to IFRS consolidation and a live EPM migration, with mentoring from the Consolidation Director and the accounting team.
