Compensation & Benefits Specialist (6-month Contractor)

Ledger's Total Rewards team faces a busy period with the year-end compensation review, benchmarking, bonus plan reviews and board and executive reporting. The contractor works under a Paris-based C&B Expert and reports to the Head of Total Rewards, adding execution capacity on a six-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate data for annual merit, performance and bonus cycles
- Support budget impact modelling, distribution analysis and refreshing salary structures with market data
- Run data pulls and analysis for board and executive compensation reporting
- Prepare decks and payout modelling for bonus plan design reviews
- Handle Workday uploads and equity grant list preparation
- Support job architecture, benchmarking, pay equity and equity modelling projects
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, scenario modelling)
- Experience with Radford or Mercer Comptryx preferred; Workday a plus
- Quantitative degree preferred
- Fluent English; French strongly preferred
- Able to work autonomously from a defined brief
