Job Description
LayerZero Labs is hiring a Hong Kong-based Business Development Lead to establish and run the company's presence in the market, focused on the stablecoin and real-world-asset (RWA) sectors — owning the full sales pipeline, institutional relationships and regulatory engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Hong Kong market strategy focused on stablecoins and RWAs
- Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal close
- Build institutional relationships with financial firms and regulators
- Structure and negotiate complex technology-adoption agreements
- Engage regulators and policymakers on digital asset policy
What we are looking for
- 6+ years in financial services, fintech or digital assets
- Expertise in stablecoins, RWAs and digital asset ecosystems
- Full-cycle business development and institutional relationship management
- Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin highly valued
