AI Platform Engineer, Enablement and Governance Operations
Job Description
Kraken's Enterprise Transformation team is building out the internal AI platform used company-wide — this role owns the governed integration gateway, tiered spend controls, and enterprise LLM/agent tooling rollout.
Responsibilities
- Own the governed integration gateway connecting internal teams to enterprise LLM and agent tooling
- Implement tiered spend controls and usage monitoring across AI platform consumers
- Roll out enterprise-wide AI and agent tooling with OAuth/SSO/SCIM identity integration
- Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce governance policies for AI platform access

Additional Information
Compensation includes equity and a bonus; this is a crypto-pay-optional role. Remote-eligible across 20+ countries, based out of Poland or the US.
