Join Keyrock's Group Compliance team with a primary focus on the Swiss and Liechtenstein operational entities, while contributing to group-level compliance projects. The role includes acting as MLRO for Keyrock CH and LI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Swiss and Liechtenstein requirements
- Perform compliance risk assessments and produce an annual compliance plan
- Design and test second-line controls
- Track regulatory changes and keep policies and training current
- Act as MLRO and AML subject-matter expert; run AML/CTF audits and reviews
- Draft MI reports for the Group Head of Compliance or General Counsel
What we are looking for
- Second-line compliance experience at a regulated financial institution in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein, ideally with MLRO exposure
- Experience engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulators
- Strong knowledge of MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse and data privacy
- Relevant degree, preferably business or law
- Advantage: digital asset knowledge, ACAMS or related master's
