Junior Market Specialist / Analyst

Infiniti Group is looking for a Junior Market Specialist to analyze cryptocurrency markets and produce actionable intelligence for professional trading operations. This is a remote role ideal for early-career analysts with a passion for crypto markets.

• Monitor and analyze crypto market conditions, trends, and price action
• Produce market research reports and daily/weekly intelligence briefings
• Support trading strategy development with data-driven insights
• Track key metrics across major cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols

• 1-3 years of market research or financial analysis experience
• Working knowledge of crypto markets, tokenomics, and DeFi
• Strong data analysis and quantitative skills
• Clear written communication for market reports and briefings

We are looking for a Junior Market Specialist / Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in crypto or trading. You will support daily market operations, monitor trading activity, and help improve our strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will learn and contribute at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor crypto market movements, prices, and liquidity.
• Support trading operations on exchanges (Spot, Futures, Options).
• Help with rebalancing assets across multiple exchanges (CEX and DEX).
• Track and report technical or financial issues to the development team.
• Work with internal data and charts to find market signals.
• Ensure trading bots follow risk rules and performance targets.
• Assist with treasury records and coordinate with the finance team.
• Communicate with the commercial team about client trading results.
