Investment Manager

Xapo Bank is hiring an Investment Manager to lead development and management of its investment products. This fully remote role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto banking, responsible for building out Xapo's investment offering including global stock access, fixed income products, and digital asset yield instruments.

• Design, launch, and manage Xapo's investment product suite including stocks, ETFs, and yield products.
• Build and maintain investment portfolios and risk frameworks for client assets.
• Monitor market conditions and adapt investment strategies accordingly.
• Develop partnerships with investment product providers and custodians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for investment products under Gibraltar's DLT framework.

• 5+ years of investment management or portfolio management experience.
• CFA, CAIA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of both traditional financial instruments and digital assets.
• Experience working in regulated investment or banking environments.
• Comfort working fully remote across international timezones.
