Investment Manager RISE Fund
Job Description
Tether is seeking an Investment Manager for its RISE Fund, a strategic investment vehicle focused on companies and projects at the intersection of digital assets, emerging technologies, and financial infrastructure. Based in Zurich, you will evaluate investment opportunities, manage portfolio companies, and help drive the fund's strategic mandate.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with the RISE Fund mandate
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on prospective investments
- Monitor and support portfolio companies through board representation and strategic guidance
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, and ecosystem participants
- Develop investment theses and market research reports for fund leadership
- Manage the fund's reporting, documentation, and investor relations
What we are looking for
- Investment management or venture capital experience, ideally in fintech or blockchain
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Understanding of the digital asset and Web3 investment landscape
- Excellent network within the European and global crypto investment community
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
