Integration Engineer
Job Description
CoW DAO is hiring an Integration Engineer to debug, design, and systematize integrations at the frontier of cross-chain DeFi infrastructure. You will work on CoW Protocol—the intent-based DEX that protects Ethereum traders from MEV—and help build the bridges between CoW Swap, MEV Blocker, and the broader DeFi ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting CoW Protocol with external protocols, wallets, and chains
- Debug complex integration issues across smart contracts, solvers, and off-chain infrastructure
- Systematize integration patterns and create documentation that enables external teams to connect with CoW Protocol
- Collaborate with the protocol and frontend teams to improve integration reliability and developer experience
What we are looking for
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in Ethereum/EVM development
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, MEV, DEX mechanics, and smart contract interactions
- Experience building integrations, APIs, or SDKs for blockchain protocols
- Comfortable debugging across on-chain and off-chain systems; strong communication skills for async remote work
