Responsibilities
- Set the long-term talent strategy and lead the recruiting team.
- Advise leaders on hiring, leveling and compensation.
- Own internal talent development, recruiting operations and candidate experience.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of recruiting experience.
- 3+ years leading recruiting teams at a fast-growing technology company.
- Ability to work from the SoHo office in New York.
Additional Information
Hybrid role based in the New York SoHo office. Employer-stated minimum full-time base salary: $238,400 to $298,000, with eligibility for tokens and other benefits.
