Job Description
Morpho is hiring a Head of Security to define and drive security strategy across corporate IT, cloud and infrastructure, application, supply chain, identity, incident response, threat intelligence and counterparty security.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Morpho's security strategy and roadmap across cloud, application, supply chain and identity
- Build and lead the security function: hire, grow and develop the team
- Oversee the IT function
- Stay hands-on with threat modeling, architecture review and control implementation
What we are looking for
- Senior security leadership experience, ideally in crypto or DeFi
- Breadth across cloud, application, identity and incident response
- Ability to stay hands-on while building a team
