Job Description
GSR is a crypto-native market maker and OTC trading firm providing liquidity across 60+ exchanges. This role sits at the intersection of trading and technology, working with traders and engineers to design and implement market-making, prop, and OTC strategies.
Responsibilities
- Research, build, and refine trading strategies across market-making, prop, and OTC
- Analyze market microstructure and pricing to identify trading opportunities
- Implement strategies into live trading systems, contributing to Rust development
- Build research tooling, analytics, and optimization workflows
- Monitor live strategy performance and investigate production issues in real time
What we are looking for
- Strong quantitative foundations (pricing, risk, market structure)
- Genuine interest in trading systems/market microstructure
- Efficient, performance-conscious coding (Python, C++, or Rust)
- Strong algorithms/data-structures foundation
- Degree in Math, Physics, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
