DeFi Trader
Job Description
GSR is crypto's capital markets partner, helping founders and institutions scale with confidence through institutional-grade market making, OTC trading, and strategic venture capital. As a DeFi Trader, you will help drive GSR's trading activity across decentralized markets, working alongside DeFi engineers and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve DeFi trading strategies across decentralized venues and protocols
- Monitor trading performance, market conditions, and risk exposures
- Identify trading opportunities and support liquidity provisioning
- Support principal trading and yield-generation activity
- Assess new venues and protocols
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year professional trading experience
- Strong commercial judgment and risk awareness
- Coding ability to analyse data and support trading decisions
- Interest in DeFi and on-chain trading; technical/quantitative degree or equivalent
Additional Information
Prior crypto/DeFi experience is beneficial but not required. GSR operates hybrid working across London, US, Singapore, Zug, and Malaga.
