Growth Manager - Asia

Ellipsis Labs, the profitable venture-backed team behind Phoenix Perpetuals, SolFi and the Phoenix order book on Solana, is hiring a Growth Manager to build and activate its presence across Asian crypto markets. The role is the company's primary bridge to one of the most important trading ecosystems in the world, focused on winning Asian traders onto Phoenix.

• Map the Asian crypto trading landscape: key retail traders, whale accounts and market makers
• Build relationships with high-value traders and ecosystem participants across Asia
• Execute a strategy for winning Asian traders onto Phoenix, focused on retail-whale accounts
• Represent Ellipsis Labs at industry events, with KOLs and trading communities
• Surface market intelligence on competitive dynamics, trader preferences and sentiment

• Deep roots in crypto spanning multiple market cycles
• Strong existing network in the Asian trading ecosystem, activatable immediately
• Background at or alongside a centralized exchange, trading firm or DeFi protocol
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, plus strong English
• High agency and sound judgment; operates with significant independence
• Preferred: whale/market maker/institutional relationships, perps or DeFi experience
