Growth Engineer
Job Description
Ritual is building a sovereign, AI-native execution layer blockchain (first product: Infernet, which lets developers access AI models both on-chain via smart contracts and off-chain). This Growth Engineer role leads technical integration of Ritual's AI infrastructure with partner protocols and applications across the web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own the full partner integration lifecycle: scoping, product integration, deployment, and maintenance
- Provide technical support to partners and develop reusable integration best practices
- Maintain documentation for integration APIs and SDKs
- Work across AI/ML, distributed systems, and blockchain to deliver integration solutions
- Evaluate and adopt new tooling to improve integration workflows
What we are looking for
- Blockchain engineering (forward-deployed/integration experience)
- Ethers.js, Viem, Foundry or similar web3 tooling
- Solidity and EVM smart contract development
- Python or TypeScript
- DeFi / L1-L2 / bridge protocol experience
- AWS/GCP + Terraform (preferred)
