Front End Engineer

Join the founding engineer of Robinhood Crypto to work on redefining the trenching experience on Solana. Blackwing is in private beta for a brand new concept based on super-fast real-time data and AI to unlock alpha for traders. The company is looking for a senior front-end engineer to own meaningful parts of the user experience; if you love pushing pixels, sweating the details, and shipping fast, you will fit right in. You will join an all-star team of engineers and product leaders from companies like Facebook, Robinhood, and LinkedIn. A non-dilutive token grant with early liquidity provides a significant compensation edge over other startups.

• Take full ownership of key interfaces, from trade execution flows to portfolio views, and evolve them from idea to production.
• Build clean, performant UIs using React, React Native, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate tightly with design and product to create intuitive, crypto-native experiences.
• Shape engineering culture: leave code better than you found it, review thoughtfully, and raise the bar.

• Senior engineer with a track record of delivering and maintaining real products at scale.
• Fluent in modern front-end tools (React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript).
• Deep empathy for users, with obsession over quality, clarity, and reducing friction.
• Crypto experience is a plus but not required; curiosity and rigor matter more.
• Comfortable with velocity: shipping fast, debugging in production, and iterating.
