FP&A Analyst

Coinbase is hiring an FP&A Analyst in New York to support financial planning and analysis for one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges. This hybrid role partners closely with business units to drive financial insights and support strategic decisions.

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Analyze business performance and deliver insights to leadership
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly business reviews
• Partner with business units on ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support

• 2-4 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Crypto or fintech experience preferred

As a Rotational Analyst on the FP&A team at Coinbase, you will complete a two-year leadership rotational program with three rotations across Corporate, Product, and Operations FP&A. The FP&A team produces comprehensive forecasts and variance analyses across all revenue and expense lines, partnering with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations to identify risks, surface opportunities, and explain performance to senior stakeholders. You will build foundational finance skills while delivering real-time insights that shape how Coinbase allocates resources and makes strategic decisions.
