Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Description
Nous Research deploys and adapts Hermes Agent Enterprise inside complex customer environments, partnering directly with enterprise customers to bring the product into production. This Forward Deployed Engineer role sits at the intersection of engineering and customer success.
The engineer will deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, integrating it into each customer's existing systems and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Integrate enterprise APIs, data sources, and authentication into agent workflows
- Partner with customers to scope and implement solutions
- Debug production issues across distributed systems
- Build reusable deployment patterns for future customers
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Strong debugging skills across distributed systems
