DevOps Team Leader
Job Description
Fireblocks is hiring a team leader for its 15-person DevOps group, which owns core infrastructure and developer enablement across R&D, including Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and deployment pipelines. The role combines people management with hands-on technical work: leading projects, mentoring engineers, and driving infrastructure best practices across the organization.
Candidates need at least 4 years leading a DevOps team, 5+ years of DevOps experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment, and 5+ years working with AWS or Azure, along with strong Linux, Git, and CI proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a 15-person DevOps group
- Own Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and deployment pipelines
- Drive infrastructure best practices across R&D
- Use AI-based tooling to reduce repetitive workload
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years leading a DevOps team
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment
- 5+ years working with AWS or Azure
- Strong Linux, Git, and CI proficiency
