The Finance Manager role sits at the core of YZi Labs' financial operations, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis for the portfolio and the firm itself. This position works closely with senior leadership and portfolio companies to ensure rigorous financial governance across a fast-moving, global crypto investment organization.

Responsibilities: Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for YZi Labs and portfolio companies; prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders and investment committees; conduct financial analysis for potential investments including tokenomics modeling and DeFi protocols; ensure compliance with accounting standards and Web3-specific financial reporting requirements; support treasury operations including management of crypto assets, wallets, and on-chain transactions; collaborate with portfolio companies to implement strong financial controls; provide recommendations for operational efficiency.

Requirements: Experience in finance within venture capital, crypto industry, or technology sector; strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, tokenomics, DeFi, and Web3 business models; advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; experience managing multi-currency treasury operations (fiat + crypto); familiarity with accounting tools and crypto accounting platforms (CoinLedger, Ledgible).
