Finance Director, Push

Aave Labs is hiring a Finance Director to perform the PCF-11 (Head of Finance) role for Push Virtual Assets Ireland, a regulated crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCAR.

• Lead finance operations including FX exposure, fiat and crypto-asset liquidity, and daily cash flow
• Oversee treasury policy and controls
• Serve as key interface with regulators and ensure timely reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland
• Oversee capital and liquidity management under MiCAR prudential requirements
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Finance degree (CFA/ACA preferred)
• 7+ years in finance/treasury senior roles
• Prior PCF or equivalent regulated-function approval by a central bank strongly preferred
• Strong crypto/fintech background and advanced financial modeling

Push provides fiat on/off-ramp and crypto-asset services and is transitioning to a pan-European CASP model.
