Analyst, Strategic Opportunities
Job Description
FalconX is one of the largest institutional crypto prime brokerages, providing trading, credit, custody, and clearing to hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices. The Strategic Opportunities team, reporting to the CEO, is hiring an Analyst to act as a leverage multiplier for the CEO, Director of Strategic Opportunities, and Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's operating rhythm and senior leadership forums
- Prep the CEO for key engagements and proactively resolve issues
- Project-manage cross-functional stakeholder groups toward solutions
- Drive annual planning and OKR tracking across the firm
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support executive decision-making
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in highly cross-functional strategy, analysis, or operations roles
- Self-driven with strong first-principles thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with ambiguous, "0 to 1" problems
