Head of Ecosystem & Partnerships

This role consolidates ether.fi's commercial and partnership agenda under one owner, spanning the payments and card stack behind ether.fi Cash, ecosystem and chain-level distribution deals, and institutional counterparty relationships.

• Own and negotiate the full partner stack behind ether.fi Cash
• Evaluate build-versus-partner trade-offs and own the business case
• Manage counterparty relationships with trading, lending, and treasury partners
• Source and negotiate ecosystem and chain distribution and incentive/rev-share deals
• Structure launch partnerships for new products and identify new-market partners

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles across fintech payments and crypto
• Track record closing complex multi-party commercial agreements
• Strong DeFi fluency across LSTs, vaults, lending markets, and incentive design
• Comfortable modeling and defending deal economics independently
• Able to inherit in-flight negotiations without a ramp-up period
