Blockchain Engineer (DeFi Yield Vaults)

ether.fi is a non-custodial DeFi platform spanning ETH staking, yield vaults, and a card and neobank product. This role sits on Nonce, the team building ether.fi's DeFi yield vaults, where engineers who write the vault contracts also operate them day to day.

• Design, write, deploy, and configure yield-vault smart contracts
• Build vault tooling for rebalancing, policy and whitelist updates, and admin configuration
• Build and maintain backend services including the redemption solver, liquidity buffer, and NAV pricing service
• Automate onchain operations such as allocation, harvesting, and rebalancing
• Own new-protocol risk review and act as a multisig signer on vault transactions

• 4+ years industry engineering experience
• Strong production Solidity plus strong backend and services engineering
• Deep DeFi knowledge, able to read a new protocol's docs and contracts and judge risk
• Experience shipping and operating a real yield vault (ERC-4626 or similar) after launch

The role requires being onsite four days per week at NYC, Denver, or Cayman Islands, with no salary or equity range disclosed in the original posting.
