Enterprise Risk Management Analyst (Luxembourg)

Coinbase's Enterprise Risk Management team identifies, understands and manages risks affecting strategy, operations and customers. This analyst role combines risk, data and strategy work, using data and technology to make ERM activities more insightful and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to find trends, anomalies, concentrations and emerging risk signals.
• Build repeatable methodologies, dashboards, metrics and visualizations to monitor enterprise risk.
• Integrate risk assessments, incidents, KRIs, audit findings, regulatory developments and external signals into a unified risk view.
• Investigate changes in risk indicators and identify root drivers.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting using SQL, Python, AI and other tools.
• Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, Operations and Strategy and turn findings into executive-ready recommendations.

What we are looking for

• 1-4 years of experience in risk analytics, data analytics, business intelligence or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and working experience with Python or similar tools.
• Ability to move from an ambiguous question to a structured analysis and actionable conclusion.
• Ability to explain findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Additional Information

Remote role in Luxembourg. Coinbase is remote-first but not remote-only, with quarterly in-person working sessions. Employer-stated base salary: €77,330 to €81,400, excluding equity and bonus.
