Job Description
Engineering Manager at Turnkey, leading a team of backend engineers building secure wallet infrastructure and key management systems used by crypto-native and mainstream companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of backend/infrastructure engineers
- Drive technical roadmap for wallet/key management products
- Partner with product on scoping and delivery
- Uphold security and reliability standards for custody infrastructure
What we are looking for
- Experience managing engineering teams building infrastructure or security-critical systems
- Strong technical background (backend, distributed systems, or security)
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
