Engineering Manager, Digital Assets
Job Description
Ripple is building crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers. This greenfield role builds the engineering solution that brings Ripple's digital asset capabilities into the Ripple Treasury platform. The manager will work with a product lead and an infrastructure engineer to form a team of up to four full-stack developers and help define how digital assets fit into corporate treasury workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering for integrating digital asset functions (XRP, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody, cross-border settlement) with the Treasury platform.
- Build and manage a team of up to four full-stack .NET developers, including recruiting and mentoring.
- Ship working software frequently using a fast-paced Kanban workflow.
- Design full-stack solutions across .NET backends and Angular or React frontends with attention to reliability, security and auditability.
- Partner with product, compliance and treasury experts to deliver features for corporate treasurers.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack .NET background and modern frontend frameworks.
- 2+ years leading engineering teams.
- Production experience in fintech, digital assets or blockchain.
- Willingness to write production code, especially early in team building.
Additional Information
Nice to have: familiarity with blockchain protocols, digital asset custody, tokenization or cross-border settlement; experience with the XRP Ledger or RLUSD; background in corporate treasury software. Hybrid culture with teams choosing 10+ office days per month.
