Job Description
Ritual is looking for a Distributed Systems Engineer to build and scale the distributed-systems layer of its heterogeneous compute network. The role covers peer-to-peer protocols tuned for both AI model execution and blockchain consensus, along with node monitoring and observability tooling and state synchronization across specialized node types.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale peer-to-peer networking protocols across a heterogeneous compute network
- Tune networking and consensus behavior for both AI model execution and blockchain nodes
- Develop node monitoring and observability tooling
- Maintain state synchronization across specialized node types
What we are looking for
- Deep experience with Go and Rust
- Track record operating production blockchain nodes
- Strong Linux, Kubernetes, and observability (Grafana/Prometheus) skills
- Familiarity with distributed AI/ML computing is a plus
