Director, Treasury

Bitpanda is seeking a Director of Treasury to lead its treasury operations from Vienna. This senior role oversees Bitpanda's liquidity management, FX hedging, capital allocation, and banking relationships across the company's European operations, supporting its regulated multi-asset trading platform.

• Lead Bitpanda's treasury function including cash management, FX risk, and liquidity planning.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, controls, and risk frameworks.
• Manage banking relationships and oversee payment infrastructure across Europe.
• Oversee crypto and fiat treasury positions in coordination with trading and finance teams.
• Report treasury performance to CFO and executive leadership.

• 8+ years of treasury management experience; fintech, banking, or crypto background preferred.
• Deep knowledge of FX risk management, cash pooling, and liquidity forecasting.
• Experience managing banking relationships and navigating European financial regulation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with treasury management systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Vienna with global remote teams.
