Developer Productivity Engineer (100% Remote)
Job Description
This role supports Tether's QVAC application teams in developing, reviewing, testing and delivering software, focused on desktop and mobile apps and their shared runtime, AI harness and skills packages. The engineer builds developer tools, integrates AI agents into engineering workflows and improves code quality and delivery automation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, integrate and maintain developer tools and AI agents
- Build and operate CI and scheduled agents that investigate failures and propose fixes
- Improve automated pull request reviews
- Develop code quality checks for complexity, dependency cycles and performance regressions
- Improve dev environments, testing and build and release workflows
What we are looking for
- Experience building developer tools or engineering automation, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing and debugging
- Strong approach to code quality and refactoring
- Clear written English in a remote, global team
