Job Description
Solana Foundation is hiring a DeFi Growth Lead to own partnerships with Solana venue teams such as Phoenix, Kamino, Jupiter, and Drift, driving institutional adoption and designing liquidity and incentive programs across the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own DeFi growth partnerships with major Solana venue teams
- Design liquidity and incentive programs
- Drive institutional adoption and own Americas trader relations
- Own retail growth, accountable for TVL, volume, and institutional metrics
What we are looking for
- DeFi protocol partnerships
- TVL and liquidity program design
- Institutional business development
- Trader relations
- Perps, lending, and CLMM mechanics
