Growth Partner (Trader Acquisition)

Decibel Foundation is hiring a Growth Partner to own trader acquisition for the APAC region on its on-chain perpetuals exchange. This senior, network-driven sales role leverages an existing network of active traders, VIPs, and trading communities to drive sign-ups through a tracked referral channel, with compensation scaling through commission on trading fees generated.

• Own trader acquisition strategy and execution for the APAC region
• Leverage an existing network of active traders, VIPs, and trading communities to drive referral sign-ups
• Manage a tracked referral pipeline and sub-partner relationships
• Represent Decibel within crypto trading communities to build brand presence and trust
• Ramp toward full quota over a defined onboarding period

• Background in high-performance sales, brokerage introducing-broker work, affiliate/partnerships, or crypto community leadership
• Existing relationships with active traders and trading communities in the APAC region
• Familiarity with perpetuals and decentralized exchange mechanics
• Strong referral and partnership pipeline management skills

This role gives an experienced trader-acquisition specialist ownership over a full regional market on a fully on-chain perpetuals exchange built with Aptos Labs. Compensation is structured around uncapped commission, rewarding candidates who can convert an existing trading network into sustained platform volume.
