Job Description
Tether is hiring a Data and Payments Analyst based in Dubai to support its payments operations and data analytics function in the Middle East. This on-site role involves analyzing payment flows, monitoring transaction data, and generating insights to support business decisions in one of the world's fastest-growing crypto markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Support the operations team with payment processing and reconciliation
- Build dashboards and reports to track key payment metrics for the Middle East region
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams on payment-related regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and data quality issues
- Contribute to improvements in payment processes and data infrastructure
What we are looking for
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Understanding of payment systems and financial transaction flows
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Knowledge of the Middle East financial and regulatory landscape
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency payment infrastructure
