Director of Client Success
Job Description
Cyclops enables payment companies to onboard with a single partner for stablecoin settlement, payins, payouts, and treasury optimization. As Director of Client Success you'll own the client journey from onboarding through the full account lifecycle and build the function from the ground up with the co-founders and COO.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and the Solutions Architect during the commercial process
- Drive onboarding and implementation with clear milestones
- Build the Client Success function's playbooks, tools, and standards from scratch
- Lead ongoing client relationships post-launch, monitoring health and identifying growth opportunities
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in customer success, implementation, client services, or account management
- Track record building/scaling a CS or implementation function
- Technical aptitude with APIs/integrations
- Exceptional executive-level communication; payments/fintech/stablecoin experience preferred
Additional Information
Reports to the COO. May be structured as direct employment or independent contractor depending on location.
