Crypto Relationships

Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets, allowing people to trade on the outcome of any event and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. With crypto markets already live, Kalshi is aggressively expanding its presence in the space and is hiring a Crypto Relationships Manager to own that expansion from the trader side.

You will build and deepen relationships with high-conviction, high-volume crypto natives who drive meaningful activity on the platform, defining what Kalshi's crypto trader relationships look like: building the playbook, identifying who matters, bringing them in, and keeping them deeply engaged while working directly with product, growth, and leadership.

• Identify, engage, and onboard crypto-native power users onto Kalshi's crypto markets.
• Own relationships with the most active crypto traders end-to-end, from first contact through long-term retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier users: answering questions, surfacing feedback, and resolving issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of each trader's activity to proactively surface relevant markets, features, and opportunities.
• Represent Kalshi at crypto conferences, events, and in online communities where target users spend time.
• Work with product and growth to translate trader feedback into platform improvements, and build a pipeline of high-potential traders.

• 6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management, with meaningful time in crypto or adjacent financial markets.
• A genuine, existing network in the crypto-native trading community.
• Deep familiarity with crypto markets, market structure, event contract mechanics, and trading dynamics.
• Track record of driving revenue or engagement through high-touch account management.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with an evolving product, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: existing presence in crypto communities (X, Discord, Telegram), experience at a crypto exchange or trading platform, familiarity with prediction markets or derivatives, and a Series 3 license.

Per Kalshi's NYC pay transparency disclosure, the salary range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000 annually plus equity and benefits, based on current market data and representing the expected range; candidates with expectations exceeding these bands are still encouraged to reach out.
