Crypto Product Compliance Lead
Job Description
Robinhood's Crypto Product Compliance team is the primary compliance partner for product teams building and launching crypto products that meet regulatory requirements. The role is in person at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Legal, Risk and Operations from design through launch.
- Advise on consumer protection, AML, sanctions and financial crimes requirements.
- Develop compliance frameworks for new products and review features and marketing materials.
- Support examinations, filings and compliance testing for Robinhood Crypto products.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years in financial services, including supporting crypto products in compliance, risk, legal or audit.
- Experience with brokerage products and advising on DeFi projects.
- Strong understanding of MiFID (required); familiarity with MiCA is a plus.
Additional Information
Zone 2 (Denver, Westlake, Chicago) pays $124,000 - $145,000 and Zone 3 (Florida) pays $110,000 - $129,000. Also eligible for bonus and equity.
