Crypto Onchain Attorney
Job Description
Robinhood's Crypto Legal team supports its onchain products, including Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Wallet and Stock Tokens, working with Product, Engineering and Compliance across business lines and jurisdictions. The role is in person at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as product counsel for onchain products from concept through launch.
- Evaluate legal and regulatory risk for new features and multi-jurisdictional launches.
- Review and edit commercial contracts for partnerships.
- Track crypto regulatory developments and turn them into practical guidance.
What we are looking for
- Securities, derivatives or financial services legal background, with a move into crypto work.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including work on self-custody wallets, decentralized exchanges or tokenized assets.
- Comfort working where regulatory guidance is still developing.
Additional Information
Zone 2 pays $165,000 - $194,000 and Zone 3 pays $146,000 - $172,000. Also eligible for bonus and equity.
