Client Operations Associate - New York
Job Description
Copper, a leading provider of institutional digital asset infrastructure built on MPC-secured custody and its ClearLoop settlement network, is hiring a Client Operations Associate in New York to provide technical support to institutional clients. The team runs a 24/7 model on a 5-out-of-7-day shift rotation, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to institutional clients, troubleshooting issues and managing queries
- Take ownership of incoming queries and manage client expectations under time pressure
- Gather client feedback and insights, relaying it to product development teams
- Stay current on industry trends to address client inquiries with expert guidance
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a technical account management role, ideally in crypto or financial services
- Understanding of cryptocurrency technology, blockchain and digital assets
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Desirable: FINRA Series 99 (Operations Professional Exam)
Additional Information
Hybrid role requiring commuting to Copper's New York office four days per week, with a rotating 5-out-of-7-day shift pattern including weekends.
